4.5Tom saved our vacation after we had an accident with our motorhome. The trailer was put on the site quickly, it was spotlessly clean and the air conditioning was on and cool when we arrived. Tom and his team saved our vacation!

Our RVs are delivery-only and will be fully set up for you at your chosen campground. Do not attempt to move or relocate the RV.
Each RV has a maximum occupancy limit based on its size. Please adhere to this limit to ensure safety and comfort.
Keep the RV clean during your stay. Remove trash regularly and avoid leaving food out to prevent attracting pests.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the RV. A cleaning fee will be charged if smoke odors or damage are detected.
Pets are allowed in our RVs. Please inform us in advance if you’re bringing pets and clean up after them.
Use RV appliances (stove, fridge, microwave, etc.) responsibly and as instructed. Avoid overloading electrical circuits.
Be mindful of water usage, and only flush toilet-safe products (no wipes, feminine hygiene products, or other non-biodegradable items). If found, we will confiscate your entire security deposit.
Awnings are fragile and must be used with care.
Retract the awning in windy conditions or if you will be away from the RV for an extended period.
Never leave the awning extended during rain, as water accumulation can cause damage.
Any damage to the awning due to misuse will result in a repair charge.
Respect the campground’s quiet hours and policies. Keep outdoor spaces around the RV tidy and free of debris.
Report any damage or issues with the RV to MTRV Rentals immediately. Do not attempt to repair anything yourself.
Follow the check-out instructions provided. Ensure the RV is left in good condition and all personal items are removed. We are not responsible for any items you leave behind.
