Master bedroom with queen mattress, tv, and wardrobe for your belongings. The bunkhouse for the kiddos features 2 full size bunks with storage. The outdoor kitchen including ice maker, counter space, and refrigerator makes outdoor dining a breeze. Pack your bags and get ready to enjoy the great outdoors. You show up and leave the rest to us.*** When selecting insurance type, please select this camper is stationary. You will not be permitted to tow it. ***
Ce qui est inclusKitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, silverware, children's plates, cups, and silverware, keurig (including coffee), and a toaster.Linens are provided for all beds. Bath towels, kitchen towels are provided. There are outdoor rugs, camp chairs and more. Bathroom includes a spacious shower and storage for all of your personal items.We provide toilet paper specifically made for RV's as any other paper can damage the holding tanks. Please do not throw any feminine products, paper towels, baby wipes or any other products in the toilet.Delivery within 35 miles is included with the rental. Delivery exceeding 35 miles incurs an additional fee of 2.00 per mile that will be calculated upon approval.Awning is not available for use - any tampering with the awning will result in losing your entire deposit as well as any costs to repair. We have provided a 10 x 10 pop up canopy to be used in its place. However, if camper is not occupied, high winds, or storms develop - it must be collapsed. Renter takes responsibility for replacement if used and any damage caused by the canopy. Canopy is NOT to be secured to the camper - there are stakes provided to secure in the ground. RecommandationsRenters are responsible for reserving / paying for campsite. This is a 33 ft camper with one slide, you need a minimum of 35 foot campsite. NOTE: We are NOT responsible if the camper does NOT fit on the site and will NOT attempt to put it on a smaller site.**50-amp service preferred but will work with 30 amp.
**Check-in is based on the campground and check-out is 9:00 a.m.
**If there is no septic hookup - an additional $75 fee will be added

5.0From start to finish..........Chris and Rhonda provided a great experience renting a camper. Being a former camper owner for 20+ years, it was comforting knowing that they provided a stay just as advertised. No issues what so ever. They always responded to messages promptly and the camper was well stocked with the needed amenities. We camp every year at the beach so our expectations were a bit high being former campers ourselves.........and they meet and exceeded those expectations. We are looking forward to booking with them again in 2026. Thank you again Chris and Rhonda.
