RV Rentals of Myrtle Beach, LLC Check-in Procedures You do not have to be present when we deliver the RV. We reach out the day before to coordinate when you may be arriving. Keys will be in a lockbox in the outdoor storage compartment. Everything will be hooked up & turned on before your arrival. Please let us know when you have arrived and a code will be given for the key. If you are New to camping please let us know and we can do a walk through with you. Wind and rain are the most common reasons awnings can become damaged. It is the responsibility of the renter to bring the awning in if leaving the RV for any period of time, or if there is wind higher than 10 mph shaking the awning causing strain or if there is heavy rain expected with and/or without wind. If the awning is not tilted the weight of the water collecting on top from the rain can collapse the awning causing damage to the fabric, arms, or the entire system. The cost to repair is the responsibility of the renter. Pet Rules for Designated Pet Friendly Campers The Renter is responsible for any damage from the dog and will come out of the Security Deposit. Please do not leave the dog unsupervised. Crate is required. Check-out Procedures We make certain before we deliver every Camper it is cleaned & sanitized. We do require our Campers are returned as received in clean condition. Cleaning supplies are provided. If excesses messes are left behind the owner will charge and additional fee of $100.00
