Hayzel is a lightweight, easy to tow, compact travel trailer perfect for the entire family. Don't let her size fool you though, at just under 30’ long, Hayzel packs a punch! This bunkhouse plan features a queen bed in a semi-private bedroom with two wardrobe closets, two Full Sized bunk beds, a 4 seater dinette, a full sized sofa, a full kitchen complete with all of the luxuries of home and a full sized bathroom. The dinette and sofa both fold into beds for additional sleeping up to 8 people! The vanity is just outside of the bathroom door making it simple for multiple people to get ready at the same time. No slides means that set up is a breeze and travel can go anywhere, even the national parks! The exterior storage compartment is Huge giving you the perfect place to store your coolers suitcases, even the kids scooters!Our guests enjoy inclusive pricing with fully stocked and pet friendly RVs featuring family friendly indoor and outdoor games for a truly relaxing experience! You're welcome to enjoy this unit without hookups but all amenities may not work as advertised and we take no responsibility for system failure as a result. • "Hayzel" comes equipped with a guest handbook. Be sure to read through the handbook and your rules and regulations document to ensure your safety and to ensure you have an amazing experience. • When delivery is selected check in time will always be two hours after the campground check in time and check out time will always be one hour before campground checkout time unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon by both parties.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

R.

We are always willing to work with you. Give us the details of your trip and we will determine if additional accommodations can be made. If you plan to tow yourself and are not taking delivery, we highly recommend making your reservations one day before and one day after your trip. This gives you time at your home to get everything loaded and prepared for your trip and then unladed again before you return "Hayzel" home.

Q.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

R.

We will do a walkthrough with you to go over this before you take "Hayzel" on the road. There will also be a handbook inside the unit to explain. Be sure to keep an eye on your tanks throughout your trip. We recommend checking them every morning na evening and always before a shower to determine if you need to flush. If your sinks or shower does not drain it is likely that the tanks are full and it is time to pull them. Upon leaving you always flush your black tank first followed by the grey

How are your RVs cleaned?

R.

Every unit is cleaned and sanitized inside and out before every reservation. Cleanliness is of the upmost importance to us. With that being said, please remember you are in the outdoors a the units are being towed or driven to wherever you are staying. We cannot guarantee a dirt of dust-free experience but we do our best. After all, you are camping.

What is your pet policy?

R.

We welcome any breed of dog so long as they are house trained. Please be sure to check with your campground prior to booking for breed restrictions they may have. We kindly ask that dogs remain off of the furniture and we are happy to provide a bed for your pooch with the purchase of our pet package. No cats or other types of animals are permitted. All persons traveling with pets are subject to an additional pet cleaning fee of $50. See additional pet policy information in rental agreement.
