What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

R.

We are always willing to work with you. Give us the details of your trip and we will determine if additional accommodations can be made. If you plan to tow yourself and are not taking delivery we highly recommend making your reservations one day before and one day after your trip. This gives you time at your home to get everything loaded and prepared for your trip and then unloaded again before you return Maggie to her home.

Q.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

R.

We will do a walkthrough with you to go over this before you take Maggie on the road. There will also be a handbook inside of the unit to explain. Be sure to keep an eye on your tanks throughout your trip. We recommend checking them every morning and evening to determine if you need to flush. If your sinks don't drain it is likely that the tanks are just full and it's time to pull them. Upon leaving you always want to flush your black tank first, followed by the grey, and then a hose flush.

How are your RVs cleaned?

R.

Every unit is cleaned and sanitized inside and out before and after every reservation. Cleanliness is of the utmost importance to us. With that being said, please remember you are in the outdoors and these units are being towed or driven to wherever you are staying. We cannot guarantee a dirt or dust-free experience but we do our best. After all, you're camping!

What is your pet policy?

R.

We welcome any breed of dog so long as they are house trained. We kindly ask that dogs remain off of the furniture and we are happy to provide a bed for your pooch with the purchase of our pet package. No cats or other types of animals are permitted. All persons traveling with pets must purchase the daily pet package and are subject to the additional pet cleaning fee of $50. See additional pet policy information in rental agreement.
