Medium size Toy hauler with 20 gallon gas station, 60 gallon fresh water, 40 gallon black and 40 gallon grey water. Sleeps 6 people with a private closed off master bed room with a queen size bed. Whole trailer equipped with black out blinds. Unit has weight distribution system so you can safely tow the trailer. Can be pulled with half ton truck. Must have brake controller to rent this unit. Very clean unit. There is a 10% discount for Military, Law Enforcement, and Fire Fighters. Must show proof and have to be the primary renter.Additional note: $100 Cleaning fee and an additional $100 dumping fee if renter returns unit with Black and Gray Tanks un emptied. Fuel station level must be filled up to the level when it was rented and using only 91 octane gasoline. Please contact me so we can discuss set up, prep and return.
