2005 Four Winds Majestic
Beautiful and amazingly maintained Four Winds Majestic 31' Motorhome. With only 45,000 miles, brand new tires, new AC unit, this home away from home is ready for your adventure. It's clean, comfortable, spacious and inviting with a pop out that extends the dining and living area. It feels large with a lot of storage and space inside but easy to drive and simple to park.Inside you will find comfortable seating with seatbelts for 10. You will find a captains chair, a sofa, and a dinette for 4. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with a fridge, 3 burner propane stove, microwave, toaster, Coffee areo press, all the necessary cookware, dishes for 8, utensils and pots and pans.There is a brand new queen mattress bed in the back and the above cab queen also has a new mattress topper. The dinette and couch both convert into beds, comfortable for 1 adult or 2 children on either of them (both come with a mattress topper for extra comfort as well). The RV has air conditioning and heating so no matter what the weather is you will stay at the right temperature.There is a toilet, shower and sink with storage for your toiletries. The RV comes with 4 towels (more upon request), linens and blankets for the four beds. It has a large electric awning and an additional pop out awning that allows the windows to be open when it is raining. There are two TV's with a DVD player and Roku to be used when the camper is stationary. It comes with four camp chairs and outdoor games at request. If you would like a chef lovers outdoor kitchen which includes, a grill, a fold-up table, a two burner camp chef with a 15 inch cast iron skillet and a 24 inch cast iron griddle it will can be made available for only the cost of propane.No burning man please.Ce qui est inclus

Emily and I are long time outdoor enthusiasts! I grew up on a ranch in rural Utah and learned to love the desert at a young are. Emily came to Utah to work in wilderness therapy and fell on love with all this beautiful state has to offer to lucky campers like us.
We started out with a tent, moved up to an old pop up trailer, upgraded to a new pop up, then got tired of all the set up and break down so we got this baby.
As a teacher I get to take trips all summer and have a few favorites spots we visit each year, yet we still love to try out new spots and we have not run out of places to explore in Utah yet.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
We allow some flexibility with pick up and drop off when it is clearly communicated and available.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
R.
Not really. This RV is easy to drive and everything is at the push of a button. I will go over all of the features during pick up and I will include a detailed users manual for easy reference while setting up at the campground.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
R.
if you are at a campsite with full hook ups, you plug-in your electric and you'll be good to go. For the Water, you simply use one of the available hoses to fill up from your campsite, or hook up directly with a water supply for longer trips.
Usually, we don't hook up the sewer at the campsite unless we're going to be there for more than three days. I would be happy to dump for you upon return for a $50 fee, or you can follow the easy step-by-step guide in the Renters manual and do it yourself
Q.Do you offer delivery, set up and break down?
R.
Yes! If you have secured location, but don't want to go to the trouble of driving the RV and setting it up, I would be happy to do it all for you. I can deliver up to a 50 mile radius and if there is a further location that you were interested in, we can discuss it on an individual basis. This way you roll into camp enjoy your stay and roll out and I take care of everything.
