*Delivery only* *No delivery to private properties*Welcome to our brand new Coachmen! This Catalina is roomy, comfortable, and ready for your next adventure! We like to provide our renters with a a “ready to go” experience so our camper comes stocked with pots and pans, utensils, a 10 cubic ft fridge and freezer, Keurig, 2 bedrooms, and 3 TVs. The master bedroom includes a queen size mattress, lots of storage and hanging closet space. The back bedroom includes two twin bunks, plus a twin “couch” that unfolds into a king size sleeping area. Each of the bedrooms and the living room have their own smart TV.
Our outdoor kitchen includes a mini fridge, sink and a propane griddle. Camper has an outdoor shower as well. The outdoor kitchen provides quick & easy access and a great option for allowing kids and guests to wash up and the outdoor shower is great for cleaning up your dogs too! Booth seating at the kitchen table is in a slide-out, so there is a roomy kitchen/dining/living room area. The dining table and couch both fold down, for 2-4 additional sleeping spots. This camper is great for families and couples. This camper has a large electric awning, outdoor lights & speakers, and 2 zero-gravity chairs!Messaging us before booking is the best way to ensure your reservation can be fulfilled and in order to expedite your booking, please include the following information:1. How many people (# of adults & # of children) will occupy the trailer?
2. Will you be bringing any pets? If yes, please include type, size, and age.
3. What is your camping destination?
4. Do you already have reservations for your campsite?
5. Are there power, water, and/or sewer hook ups at your specific campsite?Camper trash cans will be empty, lined and ready to use, all water and septic tanks will be empty and the trailer will be spotlessly clean. If it is returned the same way, there is no charge; otherwise, fees will apply for cleaning.If you are a smoker, this is 𝘯𝘰𝘵 the rental for you. Absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed inside, or near the trailer. We want to keep it in pristine condition for many years to come, so our family and others may continue to enjoy using it.We will provide a walk through of the trailer, answer all questions, and show you how things operate with detailed instructions when we drop off the camper to you.Dogs will be 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘥 on a case by case basis. Only pre-approved pets may occupy the trailer. Dogs 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 be approved by owner 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 booking a reservation, or you will assume responsibility for any cancellation fees associated with a pet who is not approved. Up to 2 dogs allowed. Each dog adds an additional $250 to your security deposit. No unpotty trained dogs - and no dogs allowed to be left unattended in the camper at any time.Exterior length of trailer is 38’ with 3 slide outs on the driver’s side. This camper operates off of 50 amp service. This can be reduced to 30 amp but will limit the use of some appliances. When making campground reservations, it is the renter’s responsibility to be sure that the camper and slide outs will work with your selected camping spot, or renter assumes responsibility for any cancellation fees associated with this.
