Responsive and supportive service
Roman promptly replied to messages, answered questions, and his team quickly solved issues. He went above and beyond, even accommodating re-scheduling requests due to COVID-19.
Convenient Delivery & Setup
The trailer was delivered, set up at the campsite, clean, and in perfect working order. However, original bed mattresses were described as very uncomfortable, and some bedding packages were incomplete.
