2There was an ant infestation upon our arrival. Literally hundreds of ants everywhere. We spent a whole day of our vacation exterminating. After informing the company, they only offered to trade out trailers which would not guarantee a pest free RV, not to mention the 4 plus hours it took to ‘move’ in and total inconvenience to transfer EVERYTHING to another unit. There wasn’t any offer of compensation for at least one days rental or all the ant bate/traps we had to go into town to purchase. Also, the shower curtain was completely full of mold and torn. We were unable to shower for 4 days. We asked for one, but no delivery.
