We make sure that this trailer is cleaned and stocked every time it goes out. A 150.00 fee will be charged if not returned cleaned, all tanks dumped and propane refilled. Please ask for local facilities nearby if needed. We reserve the right to refuse a rental due to an insufficient towing vehicle. We have a generator available to rent for $30.00 a day, unlimited use.
