Natallie and her family are accommodating, going above and beyond for early pickup and flexible returns. They are easy to communicate with, provide helpful tours, and respond quickly, ensuring a smooth rental process.
Well-equipped and family-friendly
The 2016 Heartland RVs North Trail is clean, organized, and easy to set up and use, coming equipped with everything needed for trips. Its layout is great for families. One minor weather seal issue was reported, but the host informed the renter, citing it as a product problem.

5.0Natallie and her family were great to deal with. They went above and beyond to get us the trailer ahead of the scheduled pick up and were very accommodating for the return. The trailer was great for our family of 5. They have everything you need in the trailer already to make it a successful camping trip. The trailer was clean, organized, and easy to set up and use. We will certainly be looking to do this again sometime.

4.0The host was very nice and flexible. Everything we needed and more was in the trailer. The host did a tour of the trailer before us taking the trailer. She did inform me of the weather seal issue with the pull out (it was a product problem out of their control). My overall experience with the host and trailer was great. But a weather seal problem in the wettest part of the season we have had was not ideal. But I would use this trailer again with the fix needed on it.
