This camper is simple to set up, and great for first time campers. Camper has a private bedroom and queen size bed in the front, full size bunk beds in the rear, a dinette that folds to about a twin size bed and a sofa bed. Camper comes stocked with basic kitchenware, (cups, dishes, silverware, utensils, coffee pot, and a few pans) TV, stereo, ducted AC, propane heater, and propane water heater.This camper is an easy tow for most half ton pickups, but not recommended to be towed with anything smaller than a half ton sized truck or SUV. Make sure your tow vehicle has at least a class 3 hitch with a 2- 5/16” ball 18” to 21” above the ground, and a 7 wire round light plug. You must have a trailer brake controller to pull this camper per Texas Law and for safety reasons. If you do not have a brake controller, I can provide a wireless controller for an additional add on fee.Linens and towels are not included in base price but can be added for an additional fee. There is no mileage fee and out of state travel is allowed, but special conditions apply for out state travel.

The mattresses on the bunk beds really suck!! It's like sleeping on nothing but boards! Need improvement really bad! Otherwise the camper was very comfortable.

The camper was clean, neat, and exactly what we needed. The beds were comfortable and cozy. Owner was the best! Easy to work with, particularly on short notice. He even went out of his way to mail back the items I left on the camper. I would highly recommend!!

If you are towing the camper, make sure your tow vehicle is properly equipped with required class of hitch, trailer light plug, and brake controller to safely pull the camper you are renting. I am not able to cool refrigerator before pickup so it is advised to bring an ice chest to store food until the fridge cools. It may take up to 12 hours for the fridge to cool. No smoking in campers. Out of state rentals are allowed, but special rules apply, see rental agreement. (Renter bears the responsibility for all tires and wheel bears for all out of state rentals) Return camper clean to avoid an additional $40 cleaning fee. Return camper with empty grey and black water tank to avoid an additional $40 fee. Linens and towels are NOT included in all base rentals but can be added on for additional fee. By completing this rental you are agree to receive promotional emails from us, you can opt out at any time and we will never sell or share your information. Towing a trailer can be dangerous if not properly connected! The renter is responsible for connecting the trailer at pickup. We may assist and provide advise, but that does not relieve the renter of responsible for properly connecting the trailer and assuring all trailer lights, brakes, and safety chains are connected and functioning properly.
