It was the layout for what we needed to provide private spaces for my colleague and I. The air conditioning unit was top notch and when the nights were cold, the fireplace provided more than enough heat. Kurtis is very nice and easy to work with, but I really wish that the unit would have been cleaner. It was evident that the toilet had not been cleaned properly in a while, still had urine on it from the last renter and the bathroom itself had just been barely cleaned. I also washed the filters for the AC unit, because they needed it. Bring a mattress support pad for the queen bed, because there isn’t much to the one that is in the unit, which is not their fault, it just is what it is. Also, there is no remote control for the tv, so bring a universal one if you don’t want to try to navigate it just using the buttons. Overall the camper worked out for us, mechanically it was sound, and there were no major issues.

Owner kept the $500 security deposit for a blind that didn’t work when it was delivered and broken sink faucet handles. The sink was not used at all during our rental.

Gene was so helpful and quick to respond to all questions. The camper was beautiful! I loved that it included paper products- it was one less thing to worry about! He was even kind enough to leave some fire wood for us. The small personal touches really made the experience great!
