To help ensure a great experience for everyone, please review the following guidelines before booking: General Minimum renter age: 25 years old No smoking or vaping inside the trailer. Pets are welcome. No festivals or large events. No climbing or sitting on the roof. Towing The towing vehicle must be properly equipped and capable of safely towing this trailer. A functioning 7-way trailer connector (Bluetooth break controller will be provided). The renter is responsible for ensuring their vehicle meets all towing and payload requirements. We reserve the right to verify tow vehicle compatibility at pickup. During Your Trip Please use only RV-safe toilet paper. Do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or other items besides RV toilet paper. Report any damage or mechanical issues immediately. No unauthorized repairs without prior approval. Before Returning Return the trailer in the same condition it was received. Empty the black and gray tanks before return (or applicable dump fee will apply). Remove all personal belongings and trash. Return with the propane level at the same level as pickup, or a refill fee may apply. Prohibited No off-roading or driving on unmaintained roads. No subleasing or allowing anyone not listed on the reservation to tow or use the trailer. No illegal activities of any kind. We want you to have an amazing camping experience!
