Good Karma Camper has with in sofa with fold down shelf and 2 cup holders, can be made into futon or Murphey Queen size bed. Full length mirrored closets on each side with hanging rods and shelfs (hangers provided). Bathroom has sink, mirror shelf cabinet, toilet, shower/ tub combo with upgraded shower head. Large armoire closet for hanging clothes and jackets. 6 gallon LP water heater. Refrigerator with separate freezer (2 ice cube trays) electric and LP, Two burner LP stove, kitchen sink with large gooseneck faucet . double bench table set for 4, converts into a sleeping area. Air conditioning and heater, smoke detector, CO2 and gas detector, fire extinguisher, indoor/outdoor stereo with CD player blue tooth capability. Lighted Awning outside, plenty of storage for extended trip stays. 46 gal fresh water capacity. New this year 2023, we will not allow the camper to be towed by renters. We will deliver and setup for a minimum fee and additional milage fees over certain distances to be set up in the listing. We have done this throughout the 2022 season with very positive feedback from our clients. we have found that it reduces the stress of towing and everyone enjoys showing up and having the camper all setup and ready for you to start your vacation. We can deliver the camper to your campsite or you can camp on our property overlooking the Sangre De Cristo mountain range. Good Karma was perfect for our week in Ouray. Bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Paul and Robin were great hosts and were very responsive and helpful.

Fantastic experience and fantastic hosts. The only item I could see improving upon is highlighting the aspects of the RV that won’t be available depending on where it’s setup.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We will deliver and pickup according to camp arrival and departure set times plus 1hr for set up and orientation and walk through, cleaning tear down time.
