Host provided setup, was responsive to in-rental issues like lockouts, and flexible with location. However, guests reported initial communication delays, generator mismatches, and multiple last-minute cancellations.

The RV was well-decorated and stocked, with one guest finding beds comfortable. Conversely, another guest reported beds were awful. Generator and AC were advertised but not consistently provided, and water capacity was insufficient for some.

5.0This RV was adorably decorated and well stocked. The main bed was comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds (didn't use the dinette bed). The trailer was setup when we arrived at our Moab campground with keys in a lockbox. Host was responsive both before and during (when we accidentally locked ourselves out) the rental. Fresh water and dump tanks lasted 4 nights and 3 days for our family of 4 with conservative use. Host mentioned that they intend to add an information guide which will help novices. We've rented many RVs over the years and we would gladly rent from Chelsey again.

4.0It took a while to get in touch with the host, but we were on a roll once we connected. We originally hoped to park the camper at a Vrbo. That didn’t work out however, and host was super flexible in waiting for us to local a spot and tow the camper again. Setup was fast and communication with host was great afterwards. There was some mismatch with the generator, but I showed host my invoice and the team brought the generator. Everything inside the camper was as advertised and as in photos. Host even stopped by to drop off other essentials. I’m glad I didn’t read other reviews before booking.

1.0The beds were absolutely awful. There was no generator which was advertised in the listing. The entire reason we rented this trailer instead of tent camping was so we had AC for our 2 year old and a nice bed. We were unable to use the AC without a generator. The beds were the worst I've ever experienced it was basically like sleeping on plywood. There were plenty of pillows and blankets though. The water ran out after taking 3 showers, we were turning off water between rinses as well, we are familiar with how trailer camping. The host wanted to charge us a delivery fee and waived it since it's not advertised no her listing, that was super nice of her, but still stressful to deal with at 10 PM the day before we were heading out camping. Unfortunately I can't recommend this trailer to other campers we were really disappointed.
