Unfortunately, my initial use of the outdoorsy app to rent a trailer for my family vacation wasn’t a great one. The owner wasn’t responsive in the message app preventing me from being able to adequately prep with the supplies needed. Luckily, my friend had extra stuff for us to utilize. The trailer arrived over 3hrs late, was setup very unlevel, and was obviously unkept to include routine cleaning and maintenance. Due to this, I spent 2 hours cleaning before we even moved our stuff in and we were still unable to use it to its full capacity. The bathroom and black water tank stunk so bad i had to shove towels under the door to prevent it from seeping to the whole trailer. There was urine all over the bathroom floor, the outdoor kitchen was so dirty that it was unusable, the mattress and appliances had dirt and grime on them, and the door lock was broken preventing me from locking the door from the inside. The AC, stove top, and hot water tank did work well allowing me to cook and wash dishes and for us to escape the heat at times. I wish I could report a more positive experience, but it is what it is.

Great AC, drop off and pick up were timely. Camper was clean and fully stocked with everything needed, just had to supply the food. :)

David has been very tentative before, during and after our stay in his camper. There was an issue with the toilet and we were unable to utilize water in the camper during our stay. David was quick to respond to the issue at hand and sent a repair guy out to attempt to fix it over a busy holiday weekend. He had a great crew. Unfortunately it was not a quick fix but he traveled to meet us in person the day before 4th of July to discuss options and make it right. That was very huge for us. I know it takes a while to order parts for a camper. Especially over a holiday weekend. Other than that, The camper was very clean and homey. Bed was comfortable and all the power worked great. We will definitely rent from him again on our next trip.
