Excellent for two adults and 2 teens or kiddos for roaming South Texas and its wonderful parks and beaches. I will haul it for you and set up anywhere you need. I can also include lot rental fee where you decide to have rv located. Just in box/message me for more details. We have lots on Port Isabel Texas, South Padre Island and other beach locations up the gulf coast. These are just to most popular due to the extra toys we have that you can rent. Home away from home with great hospitality. Easy comfortable to haul. Back can be used for a Patio above Ground and screen for open night sleeping. Very nice when you stay on the Island and have it either down for sunrise or sunset. Hauls TWO Motorcycles OR ONE Motorcycle AND A Quade.
Has two propane tanks for stove and oven. This unit is like new! was used during covid out on island and well the island was closed so had one user for 3 months. very clean unit! no mildew or leaks! everything works.
