We love Van Buren in South Haven Michigan (it's right on the beach!) as well as Wako Beach Campground. Yogi Bear Parks in South Haven, MI and Plymouth, IN are wonderful for families! Tow vehicle MUST be equipped with a trailer brake controller. The brake/trailer lights are a 7-pin connector so if your tow vehicle is a 4-pin you will need an adaptor. What equipment is needed on my tow vehicle?
R.
Tow vehicle must be equipped with a brake control device (mounted/installed in the tow vehicle) in order to engage trailer brakes. These are affordable, but vary depending on your vehicle, so we do not supply or install. etrailer.com is a great resource for supplies and has videos on how to install. 7 pin connector is required- if tow vehicle is a 4 pin, you will need to install an adapter (cheap to purchase). Hitch ball is 2 5/16" (we have one available for use).
Q.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
R.
If the campground is full hookup (recommended so you don't have to worry about dumping or running out of water), you can hook the water supply directly to the RV- be sure to use the water pressure regulator included with the RV. If there is not water or sewage hookup, you can fill up at the entrance to the campground and visit the dump station on your way out of the campsite. Electric is 30 amp. If you are at a primitive site with no electric, a generator is recommended.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
Very flexible- we can coordinate pickup ahead of time and can keep in touch regarding drop off. Please avoid late nights or early morning drop offs.
