Being a backpacker most of my life, this was the first time that I've used a camper. We were going up to a music festival, and I've gotten tired of camping in my little tent in a crowd. Looking around, I found this Winnebago Revel that looked perfect. And it was. Not overly large so that it was easy to drive and manuever while also providing all that we needed for a comfortable camp. It's a sweet ride.Working with Eric was a joy. There were no problems or disagreements. Actually one little problem in that the previous people renting the van had driven off without retracting the awning and damaged it beyond use. But as soon as Eric knew about it, he texted me to let me know about it and if I wanted to find another camper. As my son was planning on buying a pop-up for shade anyway, it was not a problem. But I really appreciated a timely heads up. You always find out how good a business is when a problem pops up. And this problem was handled with clarity, understanding and full disclosure.Upon pickup, Eric was friendly and informative, showing me all of the systems and details of the camper. The battery/solar/generator system is awesome. The extremely comfortable bed retracted to the ceiling during the day and dropped down at night. Plenty of storage and the coffee maker was a bonus. Silverware and cook gear was awesome and the inductive stove worked fine. When I go back up to the PNW, I'll be calling Eric first.
