Jayco Jay flight - farmhouse style

This was my first time renting or using a travel trailer. I have to say Shelby and her husband were amazing. They were willing to open their delivery radius to our RV resort which was a few miles out of their previous delivery area. In the weeks leading up to my rental, Shelby was readily available to answer all of my questions. On the day of our rental, I realized I would arrive at the RV resort early, I reached out to Shelby and her husband to see if they were able to deliver the RV an hour early and they were willing to do so. When they arrived at the resort, it was raining, and they did all of the work of setting up the trailer, hookups, and even setting up an outdoor Blackstone grill for us to use (stocked with a propane tank). They walked us through the trailer and told us there was plenty of room and supplies for guests (we were able to host a BBQ for our friends). They also taught us how to use the lights, and how to open and close the outdoor awning. Before they left, they made sure to check that we had hot water and that we were set for the week. The trailer itself was lovely and spacious (with plenty of seating and sleeping space inside)--many of the other families at the resort complimented us on having such a nice trailer (LOL). The trailer was clean and well-appointed with everything you'd need as far as kitchen supplies, linens, appliances (a lovely Keurig), camping chairs and rug for outdoor seating, and even a TV and fireplace. The only issue I had can only be attributed to my inexperience with travel trailers--I didn't know where to find the lever to release one of the grey water tanks that was full, but Shelby patiently described how to fix the issue, and it was easily remedied. My family, friends, and I all had a wonderful experience with the trailer, Shelby and her husband made our first Outdoorsy rental experience a great one! I highly recommend them as hosts!

Shelby and her husband were wonderful. They were very responsive to all communications. When we arrived at the location, the RV was setup and very clean. We had 3 adults and this RV has a great setup - center island in kitchen, booth dining table, couch, tv and fireplace, 2 bedrooms, large bath for RV and a nice outdoor kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked. I would definitely rent from Shelby and her husband again.
