Delivery and Setup available for this fully stocked, truly year-round RV. Reservation includes linens, pillows, dishes, pots/pans, plates, cups, silverware for 8. Features a 55” TV, with perfect viewing from your pub style recliners, 2 Euro style recliners mean there’s no bad seat in the house. Comfortable bedding/sleeps 7, and if you want a “roughing it” experience roll out the sleeping bags. The opposing slide outs create a spacious floor plan in the bunkhouse. The leather couch in the bunkhouse pulls out to a full size bed. Color tones are deep and rich, giving a warm “home-like” feel. Dining table seats 4, but extension accommodates more. Large floor to ceiling wardrobe in the bunkhouse for longer stays, the owner's suite has his/hers closets, and a Splendide washer and dryer (not a combo unit). There’s a built in electric fireplace to take the edge off a cool crisp morning. For winter camping enjoy a 5,500 BTU propane furnace. 3 A/Cs mean whole-house comfort. 1.5 bath with the shower off owner's suite. It’s single piece, durable shower with privacy glass doors, and seat. Shower head is Tall...most will use with ease, but is fully adjustable/removes for more comfort. Kitchen features oven, 3 burner cook top, and convection oven microwave. Large island and double stainless steel sinks for easy meal prep. Large, 23 cubic feet, residential, stainless steel refrigerator and freezer with ice & filtered water dispenser.
