The RV includes many extras like cleaning supplies, coffee maker, fans, and games. Guests found it clean and comfortable. However, one reviewer noted broken leveling jacks, peeling couch, a dead battery, and a short sewer pipe.

4.0Host was good, even let me store my utility trailer at property. RV was a bit used. Leveling jacks were broken, had to use one for my truck, couch was peeling which made a mess everyday, and battery dead. I set up everything and had to take everything down due to the sewer pipe being too short. Only one small peeling knife in whole RV. Other than that, everything else was decent.

5.0Erik was absolutely great. From accepting my trip and a drop-off location that I'm sure was an inconvenience for him, to being available to answer questions before and during our trip. We loved his trailer and all the extras inside that he provided. He included brooms, utensils, cleaning supplies, coffee maker, 2 small fans, and games! Our crew especially enjoyed the "True or False" game. The only "improve" that I can think of is that the trailer wasn't fully leveled to allow the shower water to drain properly. Very minor detail knowing full well that we picked a challenging site for Erik to back in to. Also, for anyone who might be thinking as I did that a 6gal hot water tank isn't enough, my family consisted of myself and 4 girls. All 5 of us showered every night and never ran out of hot water. Thank you again Erik, for allowing us to utilize your trailer and helping us make some lifelong memories!
