We have towels and washcloths for 4. We have all bedding for the bunk room and the Master bedroom, plus extras for the beds in the living room. All beds have pillows with cases and there are two extra in the closet. Blankets are also included for the beds.

We have a Keurig coffee maker with K-cups, splenda, equal, sweet n low, and some non-refrigerator creamers. All-purpose cleaner with paper towels (only 2 rolls), trash bags, trash can and a broom and dustpan and plug-in vacuum are also provided. Included are 4 plates, 4 cups, 4 coffee mugs, and a silverware set for 6. We have 2 frying pans, 2 saucepans, and an Instapot. Plus salt and pepper and a mini spice container (curry, paprika, chili powder, garlic salt).

We have 4 outdoor chairs, a picnic mat, a 50 amp plug that steps down to 30.

Toilet paper is provided with the rental. Please do not throw any wet wipes, feminine products, or any other items in the sewage tank. If I need to go sewage fishing, your full security deposit will be used. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are included also.Rules:
No smoking! If you have a vehicle that can pull at least 8,833 lbs (unloaded RV) and 10,533 lbs (max cargo allowed in RV + RV), make sure you have a brake controller installed. This is a MUST!Sleeping: 2 on Queen, 1 in bunk, 2 under bunk on fold out chairs, 2 on table conversion, and 1/2 on couch futon. I personally like everyone to have an actual bed, which would be 6, but it does sleep 9 if needed.We are very easy-going owners. Luke was great to work with and understand the nuances of his Camper. The camper was great, very clean and spacious. Made for a nice weekend for a final mountain bike race of the season.

The RV is beautiful and well kept. The owners are wonder people and was there to help or answer any questions without any hesitation. I definitely would love to use this RV in the future and would recommend it to anyone.
