2021 Forest River Rockwood Ultra Lite
Welcome to our home away from home. This trailer is practically brand new, clean, and perfect for a family vacation. We are a military family and travel quite often, so we figured this camper would be perfect for our family to visit back home and to just vacation anytime we want. When we purchased this camper, we had you in mind! We pretty much already knew we were going to share our camper, so we chose wisely on what camper would be a good fit for a Family of 5. It sleeps 9 people, has a bunkhouse to give the kids their own space, and the master bedroom is roomy and private as well. It also has an outdoor kitchen and outdoor shower. There is one TV in the living room so bring your firestick (wifi not included). We have fully stocked the RV with all the basic necessities you will need.We want you to be able to enjoy your vacation without the hassle of packing Everything, so just bring your personal items and food!Some of the things we will provide include:
Fully stocked kitchen (serves 8 people or more upon request)
Linens for the master bed and 2 bunkbeds (fitted, flat, pillow case, and blanket)
No pillows will be provided
Extra linens for the dinette and couch conversion will be available for a small fee
Toilet paper
Cast iron for the outdoor kitchen and utensils
Some games and so much more!We do allow a maximum of 2 small (approved) dogs, so your furry friends can tag along, however, we do not accept cats. There will be a form that will need to be signed prior to arrival.NO SmokingWe allow boondocking. There is a $35 a day generator fee. The generator will be full of gas as well as a empty 3.5 gallon gas jug. Renter will be responsible for any additional gas.WE Deliver!
We do offer delivery, set up, disconnect and pick up. Our delivery fee is $5 a mile up to 300 miles. We will deliver to most of the surrounding area of Disney/Orlando. You will need to add my name on the campsite so I can enter the park for delivery and setup. My name is Brandon, and I am the father of 3 wonderful children. My beautiful wife Natasha and I love the outdoors and love to explore this great country and visiting family. We live in the Jacksonville area and throughout the state of Florida for the past 18 years, as a military family we have been able to explore many different locations over the years. Family is a huge part of our life and this is why we decided to rent our camper, to make it possible for other families to enjoy family camping without the expense of purchasing a camper. Once you rent from us, you're family! We hope you will see us as the same and tell your friends and family as well. When it comes to vacationing with a large family, things can get tricky and this is why we have tried our best to include everything you should need to enjoy your vacation without having to bring everything with you. This is the 3rd year in a row we have rebted from Natasha and Brandon for the event we attend. The bunkhouse is so perfect for our needs with two bedrooms with doors. Our event reuires 12 to 13 hour days and space to be alone is important to us. Natasha and Brandon are so responsive and caring. It has become like seeing old friends each year!!!

This was my 2nd time staying in the Gulley's Bunkhouse and 2nd time around was just as wonderful as the 1st! The event I attend is yearly and I have fingers crossed this RV is available next year! While the RV is great for our event, it is Brandon & Natasha that make it even better! They are so great to work with and keep the Bunkhouse stocked well, clean and comfortable. We had the RV set up and picked up at our event site and they were on time on both ends. We had 2 adults and 2 furkids in the RV. Three adults were planned but due to injury 1 didn't go. Last year we had 3. Having the two bedrooms with doors gave us just enough privacy to enjoy the time together even more!

Brandon and his wife were very helpful through the trip. They dropped off the RV and set everything up. We ran into various issues with the campsite we were using and they were helpful, fast to communicate, and very user friendly. I would recommend this RV to anyone.

By far most Brandon and Natasha made the family camping experience so easy. The RV was amazing with the size and comfort it provided. The Gulley's left step by step instructions on how to operate the RV and they were only a phone call away for assistance. I would recommend this Gulley RV Camper to anyone..... it was a 10 star rating in my book. I'm strongly considering buying an RV similar to theirs in the near future. I like the step by step notification about payments and timeline, Brandon gave a thorough walk through of the RV. My entire family enjoyed our dry camping experience and trip. Brandon and Natasha thanks for sharing your home with us and being excellent hosts.
