* If a Renter does not empty all the tanks there will be a $150 dump fee applied upon return. This does not pertain to campgrounds with full hook up unless renter wants it. Available as an add-on at booking.
* NO SMOKING inside the RV. If there is evidence of smoking there will be a $250 fee deducted from the security deposit.
* Pet fee is $100 flat fee (non-refundable) for maximum 1 pet. Must be added on to the rental at time of booking as an add-on. Any odor and/or stains found upon return will incur an additional fee.
* RV will be inspected, sanitized and cleaned before your arrival. This is a mandatory $150 fee automatically applied on the reservation.
* When the RV is delivered or picked up and the driver has to wait longer than 30 minutes, there will be a $50 late fee for every 30 minutes thereafter.
* Owner is NOT responsible for any personal items left behind by the Renters.
* The Renter is responsible for tolls (if any). Any tolls for deliveries will be charged upon your return and deducted from the security deposit.This is our personal RV we are extending from our family to yours. Please treat it as your own and return it in its original condition.

This was an absolute fantastic experience. Rocky and Alexa provided a very accurate description of the trailer and their communication and responsiveness couldn’t be better. This was one of my favorite experiences renting a trailer and would definitely rent a trailer from them again. The trailer has been maintained very well and looks exactly like the pictures. Definitely recommend renting a trailer from Rocky and Alexa.

I have to say that me and my family really enjoyed this RV experience. Rocky & Alexa are what makes this experience a pleasant one. They are on top of things and made the whole trip perfect! The trailer very clean and nice! I don’t see myself renting from someone else on my next trip!

We had an amazing experience with Rocky and Alexa. Lennon was as beautiful as described. He had wonderful accommodations for our use. The level of communication was top-notch before and after our trip. If you're looking for a great host with an amazing rental. This is the one.

This RV was by far the best experience we've had. It was fully equipped with everything from towels, blankets, kitchen tools, games and outdoor stuff! It is obvious this family takes pride in taking care of their unit. The transition to pick up and drop off was a breeze. It's such a great feeling dealing with such nice people. Thank you Rocky & Alexa for everything! We look forward to renting with you again!
