We are first time RVers and Ali and Alex made sure that we were thoroughly prepared for our trip. Pickup did take a long time as they are working on streamlining their process, but it was very helpful for us to know the ins and outs of the RV to address any issues that may arise. The RV itself is nice and clean. We traveled with 3 kids and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the adventure. Alex was readily available and very communicative. We appreciated the flexibility on dropping off the RV at the end of the trip, but would have liked to pick up the RV earlier in the day to begin our travels. Everything was well described and organized, we felt confident trying something new with the way Ali and Alex set things up.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We are very flexible with pickup and drop off, just keep in communication well in advance before hand with what you need. There are times where another renter will be picking up the van and we will need to be stricter on drop-off times.
