The host was extremely accommodating, friendly, and went out of his way to ensure my vehicle would tow the trailer safely. He was also exceptionally reasonable and flexible with both pick-up and return times, which made the process stress-free. This was my first time using Outdoorsy, and it turned out to be a very positive experience. Based on this rental, I would definitely use the app again without hesitation and highly recommend this host to anyone looking for a smooth, reliable rental experience.
