Résumé de l'évaluation
Generally responsive, problem communication
While often responsive and helpful, he denied battery issues and tried to communicate off-app when problems arose.
Size inaccurately listed, battery failed
Listed at 30ft but closer to 26ft. Batteries were dead upon arrival, requiring generator use. Features a kick-out section for extra room.

5.0Our experience was great! Marcos was friendly, responded quickly to messages, and was very helpful throughout. The RV was perfect for what we needed, especially with the kick-out section that allowed for a bit of extra room for our small family.

2.0The camper was listed at 30ft but it was 26ft at best. Batteries didn’t work upon arrival of the camp, had to use the generator the entire time. When I reached out to him to try to communicate this, he gave me his cell phone number instead of communicating through the app and tried to tell me that the batteries were brand new when they had pretty visible signs of wear and tear, and were dead. Once the camper was fixed, it was a good place to stay, but I would be mindful of the batteries and his communication. Or lack thereof.

5.0The RV was clean. Marcos was accommodating and helpful. I think Outdoorsy customer service experience is difficult. The platform has extremely high fees and terrible Customer Service. But my experience with the seller was great.
