As hosts our job is to specialize in pairing our guests with comfort and accommodations that will best fit the needs of their group while they are away from home and we pride ourselves on being able to provide these services for our guests on the road the same way we do for our guests within our properties. Traveling on the road and camping in an RV has its many conveniences and perks; no bugs, air conditioned sleeping temperatures, and praise it all, a flushing toilet – but stocking the vehicle and the aftermath clean up is not one of those perks. Hi there!We are Kacey & Tiffanie Jensen and we own a husband and wife short term rental and property management business called Premium Rentals located out of Boise Idaho. The roots of this business started out when Kacey's incredible background in house flipping and renovations for 15 years joined in marriage with Tiffanie’s skills for interior design, creative writing and curiosity about the short term rental industry back in 2017. We were in the middle of renovating a property to fill with long term renters when Tiffanie suggested to Kacey that we try opening the house up as an Airbnb for guests instead. We took a shot at the new direction and instantly became hooked. We own many of our own short term rental properties, and managing short term rental properties for other people too.Our goal has always been to go above and beyond in helping our guests feel at home while you're away from home and providing an excellent experience for travelers and families. Our dedication to optimizing each of our 50+ rentals has been evident as we have had Premium Rentals featured on our local news channel Boise CBS2, have earned Airbnb Super host status 20 consecutive times and we have maintained Premier Partner Status on Vrbo and HomeAway for 4 years.When you book with us, we are confident that you will notice the quality of our property rentals being set apart from the rest and our customer service being of the highest standard and deepest sincerity. We rented a 2019 Jayco Greyhawk and it was clean and everything worked well. We had a great time in Yellowstone. It wasn’t quite the same RV that we ordered online the layout was a little different. But it still worked for us and had everything we needed besides the orange tabs for the black water. But truly a great experience and whenever we text or called they get back to us. I would definitely rent from him again

There was a lot of potential for this to be a great trip, but it got off to a rough start when Kacey forgot he was to deliver the motor home to my house, and instead had it delivered by a man who didn't know much of the mechanical details, I assumed that everything was in working order, but when we arrived at our camping spot, we were unable to figure out the auto leveling system (it seemed to be turned off). That evening, we wanted to use the inverter to power the outlets for a person in our party who needed a C-Pap machine at night, but the batteries wouldn't hold enough of a charge to accomplish that, and turned off after only being on a few minutes (not a pleasant time for that guest at night). We arrived back in Boise, and Kacey informed me that I still needed to pay for him to pick up the motor home --- a rather unpleasant surprise, since I thought that was already billed at the time of reservation. On the other hand, the rest of the motor home operated as advertised, and the beauty of Redfish Lake, softened our disappointment, With all this confusion, I'm hoping to at least get my full deposit back.

we really enjoyed our trip and Kacey was great to work with. The RV was very nicely equipped. He provided a great orientation and support throughout the trip. Was very flexible with drop off time and pick up.
