All was great, had an issue with the heat, but Jeff solved it post haste. Found it to be to small for us, but this was our first time. Next time one a little bigger. Nice guy, always there for questions, with answers. Thanks Jeff

We had a wonderful experience with the pod. It was very clean and well stocked with everything that we needed. Jeff was an excellent host, explained everything clearly. The bed was very comfy. Highly recommended!

Terrible experience! Had electrical issues day of pick-up. He came to our home to resolve "no lights" problem and were told that all issues fixed and good to go...but also said he would drive to campsite next day to replace a faulty electrical box! We said no need since he said "all was good". Camped for 2-days and batteries went dead...were told before we left that they would last a week or longer depending on use... we used lights only for just 2-nights. With no battery power we could not retract the tip-out. Jeff blamed us for choosing to go somewhere without plug-in electricity and blamed us for choosing to go to that location. He said the camp trailer performed as described and fault was ours. ???? He examined our Toyota Tacoma and told specifically that we were good to go...that this truck was perfect for this setup! Which is also what he blamed for all the issues!!

We needed a camper last minute, and this worked out perfect. Jeff was really quick to respond to questions. He explained everything really clearly. The camper itself was very clean and we had a great trip.

Jeff and his wife were great to deal with. They set up a agreeable meeting time and had everything read and waiting when we arrived. The quickly covered all the set up details and we were on our way. Very glad we rented from them and as we continue to look at purchasing a trailer or motor home it was fantastic to get to experience this size of trailer.
