We recommend you bring your own sleeping bags/sheets/blankets for queen bed, couch bed, and dining bed if you plan to use them.We want your vacation to be as enjoyable as possible. In order to make sure everyone has the same enjoyable experience, we have three big rules... 1) Use the camper and amenities for their intended use only. 2) Absolutely no smoking in the unit, including medical marijuana. 3) Absolutely no one on the roof of the unit. Violation of these rules will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
Please remember this is our family RV, we just ask you treat it like you'd want it to be treated if it belonged to you and your family.If the camper interior is returned dirty, a cleaning fee will be assessed based on the situation. A cleaning checklist will be provided at departure.Delivery and set up available.

2.0It basically served as a tent with a cold shower. No instructions on how to use the microwave. Didn’t receive communication back until the last day that there was a switch under the tv that turned the microwave on. Water heater element was out so no hot water. There was food and dirty laundry under the pull out couch and the arm chairs. Bags of chips, socks, pack of twizzlers. There was zero safety items as far as set up. Not even wheel chocks to keep the trailer from rolling back. Ended up buying our own and stabilizer blocks. Piece of rubber trim came flying off the passenger side when we drove it to camp. Was asked to buy duct tape to do a temp fix. Driver side brake lights were out. Also a good thing I had our own hitch as theirs was broken and missing parts. Overall, it served as shelter, but I do not think it meets the minimum requirements to stay on this site. Was super disappointed at the amount of money we spent to rent this for our in-laws coming into town and even more embarrassed that they couldn’t take hot showers or even warm food up(because I chose not to spend an extra $100 on propane), and was never told about a secret microwave switch under the fireplace until their last day here.
