This rig is jam packed with everything you need! In the livng area, there is one couch, and one love seat. The couch folds into a full size bed. There is a TV/DVD player provided that can be viewed from the couches. The love seat collapses, and is equivalent to twin size bed. There is a fully equiped kitchen- fridge/freezer, stove top, microwave convection oven, and plenty of pantry storage. Pots, pans, untinsels, and silverware provided. Along with basic cooking spices, coffee pods, a Kuerig coffee maker, toaster, griddle, and waffle maker. There is a guest bathroom, with a toilet and vanity, in the front of the RV. Back to the bedroom, there is a queen size bed, plenty of storage space for clothing and personal belongings. A flat screen tv and DVD player are available in the room also. In the master bathroom there is a full size shower with a glass door, toilet, and sink/vanity, washer dryer combo, as well as even more storage space in the closet.Ce qui est inclusFresh linens for all bedding/pillows

We are the heart of the CMA Changing of the Colors rally each fall. The CMA facility has campgrounds with full hook-ups, there is also he Shadow Mountain campground with full hook ups. We are home to Queen Wilimena State Park, with a lodge and restaurant within walking distance, as well as breath taking views, and hiking trails to fit all capabilites. Just a 45 minute drive away is Cossatot Reefs state park, home of Gilham Lake. There is camping, boating, and a swim beach. We are also 45-80 miles, depending on which place you doc, from the beautiful and large Lake Ouachita State Park. Lake Ouachita in itself has several activities and amenties. Then, in another direction, we are only a short hour's drive from Beaver's Bend and Broken Bow Lake. The activities, restaurants, and views in Hochatown can't be beat! And for all you ATV adventure seekers, there’s Wolf Pen Gap and Shady lake. Renowned for its miles of atv trails! Only 20 miles away
