For the safety of the coach and to prevent damage, please ensure the following before extending or retracting any slide-outs and before driving:
• To keep the RV clean and ready for the next guest, all holding tanks (black and gray) must be fully emptied before returning the coach.
If tanks are not properly dumped and returned empty, a $50 fee per tank will be deducted from your security deposit.
• We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the quality and cleanliness of the coach.
Always make sure all slide-out areas are completely clear of any objects or obstructions before moving them.
Ensure all overhead compartments (including TV/DVD cabinets) are fully closed and securely latched.
Remove or secure any loose items that could shift or become jammed during slide operation or while in transit.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in damage, and the renter will be held responsible for any related repair costs.

No smoking inside the coach at any time.
No candles, open flames, or burning of any kind inside the coach.
Please practice proper RV etiquette and treat the unit with care and respect.
🚽 Restroom Use:
This is an RV system, so please be mindful. Human waste and RV-safe toilet paper only. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or any foreign items.
Any clogs or damage caused by improper use will be the renter’s responsibility for repair costs.RV must be returned with the same fuel level as received.
Please return the RV clean and in the same condition as received. Renter assumes responsibility for any damages, deducted from renters' security deposit.
