Please bring your own linens, it just seems the best practice during Covid. There are linens for rent, pillows are not provided.RecommandationsWright Patman Lake, Rocky Point Campgrounds is very nice and kept up. Lakeside sites are available. Hot Springs National Forest is not far, or Millwood Lake. Lake Tawakoni, Atlanta State Park and many other recreational areas nearby.Autres points à signalerNo Smoking, no pets. No children left unattended in trailer. No jumping on beds or furniture, please. Must be returned broom clean all provided amenities clean and in good shape. We had a blow out after getting back from boondocking, we will not be delivering to non-camp sites, we may allow boon docking on special case by case basis. We send 2 propane tanks, they cost us $45 to exchange plus time, please bring back full or a charge will be added at return.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We will work with renter we are flexible when we plan in advance with the renter and they communicate to us. If renter is picking up on a week day we meet at the Academy Sports in Texarkana on Walton Drive so that neither of us has to miss work to do trade-off.
