Rental Rules No smoking, vaping, cigars, marijuana, or smoke odors inside the camper. Evidence of smoking may result in extra cleaning/deodorizing fees. No pets unless approved in writing before booking. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees. No parties, festivals, tailgating, or large gatherings. This camper is for family camping, relaxing trips, and responsible use only. Delivery/setup only. Guests may not tow, move, or relocate the camper for any reason. Camper must be placed at an approved, legal campsite or property with permission. Site must be safe, level, and accessible for setup. Please respect campground quiet hours. Loud music, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior is not allowed. Only approved guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. Return the camper reasonably clean. Remove trash, wash dishes, clean up food, and take all personal items before checkout. Grey and Black tanks must be dumped prior to checking out unless "Worry Free Return" Add-On has been purchased. Tanks not dumped will be subject to a dump fee. No climbing on the roof. No candles, incense, or open flames inside. Please avoid deep frying, heavy grease, smoke, or strong lingering odors inside the camper. Use RV-safe toilet paper only. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, diapers, paper towels, food, or trash. Use water, sewer, and electrical hookups properly. Turn off the water at the campsite spigot anytime you leave the camper unattended and before going to sleep to help prevent leaks or flooding. Retract the awning during wind, storms, overnight, or anytime you leave the campsite. Damage from improper use may be the renter’s responsibility. Do not modify, remove, or rearrange furniture, fixtures, electronics, safety equipment, or camper systems. Please report any leaks, damage, or issues right away so we can address them quickly.
