Please review the following guidelines before your trip. DOs • Treat the van like it’s your own. • Have fun, explore, and make memories. • Drive cautiously and allow extra braking distance. • Clean up spills and messes as soon as possible. • Please return the van with a full tank of gas. If not returned full, a $25 refueling fee plus the cost of fuel and outdoorsy’s fee will be charged • $75 fee for not emptying and rinsing cassette toilet. • $50 fee for not emptying gray water • Avoid tolls if possible - any charges received after the rental period will be charged to you with a 10% administrative fee (minimum $10) to cover processing and collection costs. • Let us know right away if anything is damaged or not working properly. • Use the ladder when accessing the pop-up area. • Ask questions anytime — we’re happy to help first-time camper van travelers. • I’m flexible on pick up and drop off times.Please reach out if you’d like to schedule a different time. Please DON’T: • No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the van. • No climbing or sitting on the roof. • Do not step on the seats with shoes • Please keep dogs off the seats and bedding. • Do not use drive-thrus or low-clearance areas. • Do not leave dirty dishes, trash, or food inside upon return. • Do not flush anything other than RV-safe toilet paper. • No towing unless previously approved. • Please do not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs. • No tailgates, concerts or festivals.
