5.0Wonderful experience. 6 adults on a 4 day trip near Traverse city. Keith and Diane were very nice and helpful. Everything was clean and functional- the RV is beautiful. Drives great and has some upgrades. My first time driving a 38' RV- it wasn't difficult.. For tall guys: At 6'8", I was able to stand up throughout the coach. With 3 slides it becomes very open and comfortable. Highly recommend, 'would rent again!

Keith is very thorough in showing you how to use all the features of this RV, but was also available to immediately answer questions.
