Sleep accommodations for up to 8 people, plus under the ceiling large kids bunk in the living area as well as the ‘bonus room’ – a mid-bunk with a dropdown bunk, pull-out sofa and its own entertainment! You’ll find the 36RF has opposing slides in the living area to add a ton of walkaround space. Planty of room on the large modern kitchen island, separate space for dogs’ food and water faucet behind the kitchen island. You’ll love the space in the bedroom as well as the camp king bed suit and other sleeping space. 4 slide-outs make it resort type accommodations.
Our 2026 fifth wheel camper is 42-ft camper with the following features:
• Automated leveling system for your comfort
• Main bedroom has a king size mattress, closet, shelfs, and direct access to the main bathroom with toilet and a shower
• Second bedroom - Bunkhouse Suite / Loft with a door for privacy, one bunk, folding couch for two, storage drawers, TV and a computer desk.
• Living room has a theater recliner for two with massage and heating elements, electric fireplace with heat/cool options, large smart TV, and another two-person foldable couch for additional guests.
• 4 slide-outs
• Outdoor Entertainment – TV, small refrigerator, ice-maker and LP connector for a grill.
Other things important things to consider:
• We only delivery; You cannot pick up this fifth wheel camper due to insurance liabilities
• For the safety and comfort of all guests, smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the RV (a fee of $250 will be charged to clean and get rid of the smell or damage)
• Small pets are allowed, but there will be an additional cleaning and sanitizing fee of $200 as some customers may have allergies. All the pet damage would have to be covered and paid for by the renters
• Absolutely no flushing anything other than RV toilet paper down the toilets! (it will be taken out of the renters deposit of $500 to professionally clean black tank - $200)
• The host charges a delivery fee of $180 for the first 50 miles.
