Vehicle Condition

This RV was described as being in an absolutely ridiculous state of disrepair, with numerous functional and structural issues. Renters reported cabinet doors falling off, exposed screws, a non-working microwave, a filthy and leaking toilet, broken faucets, a dysfunctional leveling system, a hot water heater that didn't work, and a warped bedroom door. Critically, the ABS system and cruise control failed early in the trip, requiring expensive repairs. There were also safety concerns like a TV falling and old tires leading to a blow out. This demonstrates the profound negative impact of a poorly maintained vehicle on the rental experience.

Owner Responsiveness

The owner's responsiveness and communication are consistently highlighted. One renter experienced an unresponsive host who offered zero concern or apology for a multitude of RV issues, and did not respond regarding a refund. This severely impacted their ability to resolve problems and led to a negative experience. Conversely, other positive reviews praised the 'Great company with excellent service!' and 'friendly advice' provided, indicating that effective communication and support from the owner are key to an enjoyable and issue-free rental trip.
