Great service and communication

Absolutely fabulous. Couldn’t have been any easier for us. Delivery was done prior to us arriving to Missouri so everything was set up for us when we arrived. Trailer was clean and accommodating for every need. I highly recommended using this trailer and host for any trip.

Had a good time will definitely be renting agian

Brandy was very nice and always had a timely response. The rig was very nice and they delivered it to us. Unfortunately, it really wasn't delivered in what we felt was a ready to go state. We did have to spend some time cleaning and preparing the rig for our trip. We certainly understand they do use this rig regularly, however the personal items left in the storage areas did limit our packing options, and the cleaning did slow our initial start. They did include a dish network, roku, 2 tvs, Blackstone griddle, solo stove, outdoor rug, sheets, towels, keruig, power chord, hoses, sewer hoses and connectors, sewer hose stands, anderson blocks, and cooking and eating essentials. Plus they did include some nice decor options to make it feel like home. Although the rig was pictured with 2 tables, one dinette table inside and the folding exterior table, the interior dinette table was not included and was no longer installed. You can use the outdoor table inside, but this could be a nuisance if you needed the table outside to prepare food, while setting up to eat inside. This is also something to consider if you are expecting to use the dinette as a bed. The rig also didn't have a 50 to 30 amp adapter, or enough tire chalks to safely park the rig. Overall our trip went well! The rig was very nice and we enjoyed using it on our adventure! We loved being able to take our pup along with us as well!
