Résumé de l'évaluation
Highly communicative and supportive
Leslie and her husband are consistently praised for being incredibly responsive, friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with, assisting with questions and offering flexibility. One automated cancellation noted.
Well-equipped but AC unreliable
The camper is clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked with an outdoor kitchen. However, the A/C was noted as hit-and-miss, failing to blow cold and reaching 95 degrees, and some wear and tear was mentioned.

5.0Our family had a wonderful trip to South Llano River State Park in Junction. Leslie was incredibly responsive and the trailer was perfect. Climate was comfortable inside. We loved the outdoor kitchen. Had everything we needed on board. Would definitely rent from them again.

4.0Great communication and Leslie was really flexible and helpful. The trailer needs some TLC as some of the things on it weren't in great shape.
