1 Condo.... "To Go Please"Phase 1... The Intro:Our 2017 Heartland Gateway 3800RLB has been very enjoyable for us and we are sure that it will be for your family as well. My wife and I chose to call it the "condo to go" because its ready to go at all times, we keep it loaded with all the necessary stuff just in case we decide to leave town for a weekend or two. The Condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, 1 full bathroom with tub and towels, 1 half bath for the kids and guest to utilize, 1 king size bedroom with all the sheets and pillows, and extra sheets and pillows for your convenience.Phase 2... Guy Stuff:Well fellas, our RV is about 40 feet long and weighs 14,500 pounds dry I use a 2012 Ram 2500 Diesel to pull it with no problem. Its got the hydraulic 6 point self leveling system which will save you a bunch of time on the site prep (its pretty awesome). 12 Gallon water heater, (2) 35 pound propane tanks, dual A/C units on the roof, it is a 50 AMP hook up so you can run many things while both A/Cs are running, big power awning with a very bright LED strip running the entire length, outdoor kitchen with grill and a large mini fridge, outlets everywhere, lots of storage, outdoor Bluetooth speakers, electric vents with electric fans and rain sensors, (1) 45 inch flat TV in the living room with surround sound as well as two more cable hookups on the outside, 1 6 foot table with 4 director style camping chairs and much more.Phase 3... Girl Stuff:Hello ladies, this beautiful kitchen includes a full stainless steel residential fridge, full size microwave, 3 burner gas stove with oven, dual stainless steel sink, coffee maker, toaster and lots of storage. The kitchen is equipped with (3) frying pans ( 1 large, 1 medium, 1 small ), (2) rolls of paper towels, set of 8 washable non-microwaveable plates, cups, bowls, dip bowls, chip bowl and serving tray. (1) set of steak knifes, (1) set of cutting/prep knifes, (2) cutting boards and the basic cooking utensils ( spatula, wooded spoons, colander, etc. ) and complementary dish soap.
The toilets are both ceramic and taller than normal, both bathrooms include (4) rolls of toilet paper, (2) shower towels, (2) hand towels, complementary soap, conditioner, shampoo, hand sanitizer and (1) giant first aid kit.Phase 4...
