2021 Keystone Springdale. Very spacious. Fold down sofa, fold down dinette for sleeping, bunk bed in rear and a queen bed in the front. Spacious bathroom with walk in shower. 10 cu ft. refrigerator. Gas stove top and oven inside as well as a 2 burner gas stove top outside. Mini fridge outside as well. Garbage and Can trash cans. 21 ft. power awning! Electric fireplace for those chillier nights, as well as gas furnace.There are many add ons available so be sure to check that out!!This unit has the arctic package for those that want to do fall camping. We will keep this unit available until the first snow flies. If weather is too cold for water, we will have to turn water supply off, but camper could still be used for a discounted fee.*If delivery is over 50 miles please contact myself for more information. Renter is responsible for any interior damage beyond the $500 security deposit. Outdoorsy offers an interior damage protection policy.Please be sure to not leave the awning out in high winds. Awnings are $1000, renter is responsible if damaged.I've installed 2 carbon monoxide detectors for safety as well as new fire alarms. There are multiple fire extinguishers on unit incase of any emergency in or outside of camper.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

R.

This RV is super easy to operate. All electric awning and easily labeled switches for water pump, water heater, gas heater etc. I will go through all functions of unit when delivered with the renter.

Can I rent this unit and pull with my own vehicle?

R.

I am only doing delivery of this unit due to it being brand new and not feeling comfortable allowing people to tow it and set it up. I will deliver it where you would like to go and setup and go through everything with you at that point. Plus this takes any work off your plate so you can show up and enjoy!

When should I pull in the awning?

R.

If it is raining the awning will automatically drop when it has water build up on it to dump onto ground. If it is windy, then please roll the awning in. They are very expensive. It can handle a fair amount of wind, but its best not to take the risk.

Hello! We are the Ferguson Family- Gabe, Miayan and Ember. We have done a lot of camping all over the great state of Michigan, but are new to owning a travel trailer! We want to offer our travel trailer to families or individuals that want to enjoy the beauty and parks of Michigan like we do. Some of our favorite places to visit are Port Crescent State Park, Otsego State Park, South Higgins Lake State Park and anywhere in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan!
