Résumé de l'évaluation
Excellent communication and accommodating
Ashley provides quick communication and responsive support. She is accommodating and offers timely delivery and setup services.
Clean, well-stocked, and equipped
The trailer is consistently clean and fully stocked with kitchenware, toiletries, Keurig, outdoor grill, mini-fridge, and chairs. However, several guests report the main bed mattress is uncomfortable or broken down.

5.0This trailer was clean, worked well, had everything I needed, and suited my purpose. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I like a firm mattress, so it suited me just fine, but that might be a sticking point for someone who is used to softer mattresses.

4.0Host is quick to communicate. Trailer is in good condition and it’s the 4th time we’ve rented it. The problem is the main bed is severely broken down and after several complaints a thin mattress topper was added to the already broken down factory foam. It is in dire need of an actual mattress and unfortunately I think this is our last time renting it because our compliant’s have fallen on deaf ears.
