Owner Responsiveness/Communication

Owner went above and beyond for helping with accommodations for our trip. She helped coordinate with the property we stayed at, and had it all set up before we arrived.

Vehicle Condition/Comfort

The trailer had a few problems. The air conditioner could not keep the trailer cool, and the lock on the door did not work. However, the bed was great and super comfy.
