Salem is our home away from home for family and friends! There is a Queen Bed in the bedroom in the front of the RV which also has sliding doors for privacy. Bedroom has closet space on each side of the bed and storage cabinets above the bed. U-shaped dinette that seats 6 comfortably and converts into a double bed. Couch in living room also folds out into a bed. Three single bunks and additional fold down couch located in the rear of the RV. Full bathroom with hot & cold water, tub/shower, sink w/vanity, & storage above sink with mirror. There is also an outdoor shower with hot & cold water. Heat & air conditioning. TV mounted (not pictured) that can be viewed from couch and dinette area. Cables provided for cable hookup, DVD player provided. AM/FM stereo with Bluetooth that can be listened to inside, outside, or both. Kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, & cooking utensils. Kitchen also has a refrigerator, microwave & 3 burner stove/oven. RV has outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, small propane grill (2 propane bottles provided), sink with hot & cold water, and grilling utensils. RV has 16' power awning with LED lights underneath. Hoses & fittings provided for fresh water hook up along with all hoses & fittings to connect and dump gray & black water tanks. Wheel chocks and stabilizer leveling blocks provided. Delivery, set up & tear down available within preset area for a fee. Delivery outside of preset area considered on case by case basis. Please ask. RV requires 30 AMP electrical service (cable provided).
