This trailer weighs under 3,500 lbs so it is easily towed by a SUV/Van that has 5,000 lbs towing capacity. It sleeps up to 5 adults.Some of the unique features included in the list price, which you won’t find in most other trailers of this size or in this class:

2 Burner Stove with ample counter space next to it and a wash basin and ample storage everywhere
Roof mounted AC
Hot water on demand
1 Full propane cylinder included in the price
Pet friendly with a nominal fee of $25 total per pet for the trip (as long as they don’t make a mess)

Your towing vehicle will need to be equipped with a trailer brake control to tow this trailer. This is a mandatory requirement in Alberta. If you don’t have one you can rent one from me for the duration of the trip for only $50.
Your towing vehicle will need to be capable of hauling at least 5,000 lbs for safety reasons.All you need to bring with you is any extra bedding, pillows, towels, utensils, food & drinks.Pick up time: 1pm
Drop off time: 1pm*** This trailer rental has a Mandatory Cleaning Fee that needs to be selected at the time of booking to cover prep work including cleaning and disinfecting.
You need to have at least a 15amp power outlet at your site. ***

My wife and I love the mountains, specially next to a lake. We always try to take along our dog and cat whenever we go camping. Love going to the out of the way camp sites.

Please do not climb on the roof for any reason. It is not built to support the weight of humans & can dent or collapse causing extensive damage.
This is a no smoking trailer so that you & others can enjoy a smoke free environment.
Please always use only the provided special RV toilet paper to prevent clogging of the septic system.
All appliances & features will work with 15 amp power, except the Air Condition which needs 30 amp power.
Please ensure the propane gas is turned off while travelling. Otherwise you are risking an explosion if you have an accident & the trailer topples over.
Please do a final walk around before moving -
On the inside to confirm all switches are off & everything is packed snug including the microwave glass plate & table in down position.
On the outside to confirm all cables & pipes are disconnected, all 3 jacks are off the ground, steps are folded away, door handle is set over main door, both tires checked & wheel chocks are removed and stored away.
This is a no smoking trailer so that you & others can enjoy a smoke free environment.
