Your towing vehicle will need to be capable of hauling at least 5,000 lbs for safety reasons.All you need to bring with you is any extra bedding, pillows, towels, utensils, food & drinks.Pick up time: 1pm
Drop off time: 1pm*** This trailer rental has a Mandatory Cleaning Fee that needs to be selected at the time of booking to cover prep work including cleaning and disinfecting.
You need to have at least a 15amp power outlet at your site. ***

Please do not climb on the roof for any reason. It is not built to support the weight of humans & can dent or collapse causing extensive damage.
This is a no smoking trailer so that you & others can enjoy a smoke free environment.
Please always use only the provided special RV toilet paper to prevent clogging of the septic system.
All appliances & features will work with 15 amp power, except the Air Condition which needs 30 amp power.
Please ensure the propane gas is turned off while travelling. Otherwise you are risking an explosion if you have an accident & the trailer topples over.
Please do a final walk around before moving -
On the inside to confirm all switches are off & everything is packed snug including the microwave glass plate & table in down position.
On the outside to confirm all cables & pipes are disconnected, all 3 jacks are off the ground, steps are folded away, door handle is set over main door, both tires checked & wheel chocks are removed and stored away.

I offer flexible pick up and drop off times, based on the availability of the trailer & as per convenience of renter and owner. I also offer drop off and pick on from your camping site at a fee.
