LaNetia arranged delivery and setup, proactively swapped the RV for weather, offered a generator, performed courtesy checks, and was highly responsive to communication and trip extensions. Her setup crew was professional.

5.0The service LaNetia provided was outstanding! The RV was nice and met our needs. We had a fantastic time at Hanks Creek! LaNetia arranged for the RV to be delivered and setup. When we arrived it was nice and cool and ready for us to enjoy. I highly recommend renting this RV because of the wonderful service LaNetia provided and the nice accommodations.

5.0As first time RVers the trip with the RV was excellent. The first night we got caught in the artic blast that hit Texas. The RV performed flawlessly. Due to a power outage we had to thaw water and sewer lines the next day but that was to be expected. We were camping with experienced RVers in there personal RV which was a big help. Our host was outstanding! She anticipated the weather and swapped our RV with one that had an electric fireplace in it. That aided in augmenting the gas heat and worked great. She also did courtesy checks on us throughout our visit. She has the option to add a generator to the rental package. I declined because I didn't think we would need it. After the power outage she offered to add the generator. I declined again because we were past the power issue. Our host's setup crew are outstanding too. Professional and polite and went through the RV's functions for us. Will definitely rent again from our host. We visit this campground once or twice a year. She treated us so well and her equipment is well maintained that we will call again. My sister will rent from her on our next trip. I would highly recommend our host to rent from. Definitely 5 stars!!
